"Intertwine Forces"

"Intertwine Forces"
Today we have many organizations that are gear toward helping the disadvantage in our communities.  Both great and small, like the Salvation Army, Goodwill, Home of the Innocence, Red Cross, Make A Wish Foundation, and many more.  These organizations have been helping many people from all over the country for many years.  But what about the small groups that are lending a helping hand in our society, in our communities, in our neighborhoods?

We are now discovering small organizations, even individual entities that are branching out and doing great things for the homeless, the hungry, the addicted and the unfortunate ones all throughout the states.

In our state of Kentucky we have begun to see and intertwine with other charitable forces and individuals to fuse together to accomplish the ability to help people all over our state.  We have discovered that there are individuals all around that believe the golden rule: "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" (Matt. 7:12).  To go one step further, the Universal Law of Attraction pertaining to "give and you will receive" validates Matt: 7:12.

Of course some people think and are taught early in life to save, save, save for a rainy day, for unseen mishaps etc.  This puts the savings in jeopardy because in Law Of Attraction needy circumstances will arise, new furnace for the house, outrageous mechanical car bill, medical, etc. that will surly take those savings.  If we have the mindset and strong constitution to know and believe that if we help others or give away some money or time, or energy, or all of the above, (especially for a good cause) then we become in unison with the universe and know it will come back to us many fold.  This is because we strongly believe and have faith and a mindset creating that which will manifest what we need.  It will provide that assurance for prosperity and wealth which will be generated to us, not only for our needs. but also toward our goals of continuing to help other's needs!

There is a group of us individuals that are joining forces to continue to help others in our communities from a much more personal and responsible level of charitable endeavors.  These endeavors consist of collecting personal items for the needy, making blankets for those who are in need, gathering clothes to dress those who don't have, seeking shelter for those who need a roof over their head and feeding the hungry.

We at OMG are happy to announce that we have had the opportunity to intertwine with some lovely individuals that are making not only waves in the community but also making blankets.  The name of the charity of which they are operating from is called "Blankets of Hope by Maleah and Friends."

We are not only glad to cover this story of a fantastic young lady but also to intertwine with her and her group to do further things for the homeless in our area.

Maleah, now sixteen years of age, started this group four years ago when she was twelve making blankets for the homeless.  Her theme and her glory is to make the blankets where they are warm but also to attach to each  blanket an individual positive and encouraging message and saying/quote.  I had the pleasure of helping to make one of the blankets and it did something profound to me in my thinking.   It transform the understanding that it could be me on the receiving end and the question arose in my head, how would I fare in that moment of need.  I am very grateful for being in a position to give in this instance.    We say "Thank You Maleah!"
